食農教育認知與永續之相關研究

The Study on Relevant research on cognition and sustainability of food agriculture education

摘要


本研究目的為了解食農教育認知與食農教育永續之相關情形。研究對象為休閒觀光飯店的參與者,採用問卷調查法以便利取樣蒐集資料,共回收223份問卷,剔除9份無效問卷,回收有效問卷214份,有效回收率為95.96%。結果得知:食農教育認知的「農業體驗」、「食材營養與安全」及「地產地銷」越高則食農教育永續就越高。食農教育認知的「食材營養與安全」及「農業體驗」可以預測食農教育的永續,其中以「食材營養與安全」的預測力最佳。建議相關單位可以讓消費者提高食農教育認知的「農業體驗」、「食材營養與安全」及「地產地銷」,則可以提高食農教育的永續。

The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between cognition of food agriculture education and the sustainability of food agriculture education. The research object was the participants of leisure and tourist hotels. The questionnaire survey method was used to collect data by convenient sampling. A total of 223 questionnaires were recovered, 9 invalid questionnaires were excluded, and 214 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 95.96%. The results showed that the higher the awareness of "agricultural experience", "food nutrition and safety" and "real estate sales" in food farming education, the higher the sustainability of food farming education. Food and agriculture education awareness of "food nutrition and safety" and "agricultural experience" can predict the sustainability of food and agriculture education. Among them, "food nutrition and safety" has the best predictive power. It is suggested that relevant units can enable consumers to improve the awareness of food agriculture education on "agricultural experience", "food nutrition and safety" and "real estate sales", which can improve the sustainability of food agriculture education.
