國內跆拳道教練領導行為與選手訓練滿意度之研究

A Study of the Relationship between Taekwondo Coaches' Leading Behaviors and the Players' Training Satisfaction

摘要


本研究旨在探討國內跆拳道選手背景結構、教練領導行為、訓練滿意度現況分析、以及選手在不同背景結構下對教練領導行為與訓練滿意度之差異情形。採自編問卷調查,針對參與96年度全國運動會跆拳道項目之各縣、市代表隊男、女參賽選手為研究範園,共計發出311份問卷,扣除填答不完整之問卷,有效問卷為300份,無效問卷為11份,將所收集的資料以SPSS 14.0進行統計分析,利用t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析,藉以了解變項差異性。
實證結果顯示,假設1:不同性別對教練領導行為構面有顯著差異成立;假設2:不同量級對領導行為構面有顯著差異成立;假設3:不同訓練年數對領導行為構面有顯著差異成立;假設4:每週練習天數對領導行為構面有顯著差異成立;假設5:性別對訓練滿意度構面有顯著差異是成立的;假設6:量級對訓練滿意度構面有顯著差異是成立的;假設7:訓練年數對訓練滿意度構面有顯著差異是成立的;假設8:每週練習天數對訓練滿意度構面有顯著差異是成立的;假設9:教練領導行為與訓練滿意度呈現正相關。

The aim of this study is to analyze the variables of Taekwondo players' background ccmposition, the coaches' leading behaviors, training satisfaction, thus further to perceive whether the players with different background composition will reflect different views about the coaches' leading behaviors and the training satisfaction. By utilizing a self-designed questionnaire and taking male and female players from all cities and counties who participated in National Sport Competition from October 21th to 24th, 2007 as the subjects, 311 questionnaires were used with 300 ones returned valid and 11 ones invalid. SPSS 14.0 software was chosen to analyze the data, and t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation were used to realize the diversities among these variables. Results showed: Hypothesis 1-1: Different gender is statistically significant to the coaches' leading behaviors. Hypothesis 1-2: Different levels of players are statistically significant to the coaches' leading behaviors. Hypothesis 1-3: Players with different training years revealed significant difference to the coaches' leading behaviors. Hypothesis 1-4: Players' weekly training days are significantly different to the coaches' leading behaviors. Hypothesis 2-1: Gender showed significant difference to the players' training satisfaction. Hypothesis 2-2: Different levels of players are statistically significant to the players' training satisfaction. Hypothesis 2-3: Players with varied training years reflected statistically significance to their training satisfaction. Hypothesis 2-4: Players' weekly training days are significantly different to their training satisfaction. Hypothesis 3-1: The coaches' leading behaviors are positively correlated to the players' training satisfaction.
