運動志工參與臺灣盲人棒球賽會動機及影響因素之研究

摘要

本研究主要目在了解運動志工參與臺灣盲人棒球賽會動機及影響因素之情形；並探討不同背景變項之運動志工在參與臺灣盲人棒球賽會之動機及影響因素認知之差異情形，以及分析運動志工參與動機與影響因素之相關情形。本研究採用問卷調查法，其研究對象為2010年春季盃全國盲人棒球賽會之志願服務者，以自編之「臺灣盲人棒球參與動機及影響因素量表」為研究工具，進行問卷調查。根據調查所得資料，以描述統計、平均數分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析以及皮爾遜積差相關分析等統計方法進行分析。結果發現，男性在「個人配合」的影響因素認知程度高於女性，不同教育程度在參與動機的「學習新知能」與「關懷與服務」因素認知之重要程度上，碩、博士學歷高於學士學歷，而不同年齡之運動志工在參與動機及影響因素認知重要程度上皆有顯著差異，在參與動機與影響因素方面成中度正相關。本文作者針對結果，提出以下結論，受試者認為參與盲人棒球賽會能獲得生活上樂趣，這也是主要的動機，對相關單位而言，在招募盲人棒球運動志工時，應以學校運動志工為基礎，招募對象以20歲以上者及研究所學歷為佳，因為其較能與視障運動員互信互動，也較有機會長期參與盲人棒球活動，不過另一方面，應重視運動志工的個人觀感，提供溝通平台，將活動訊息可以快速宣傳。參與動機與影響因素低度正相關，運動志工皆希望能在良好愉悅的工作環境下服務，因此，有良好的組織制度與環境，是提升盲人棒球運動志工人口參與及成長的關鍵。

The aim of the study was to realize the motivation and factors of sport volunteer participating Taiwan Blind Baseball Game. This study was designed to analyze the motivation and influence factors of sport volunteer participating. The questionnaire ”The motivation and influence factors of Taiwan Blind Baseball participating” was used as research instrument. There aspects were examined using a 5-point Likert scale. The object of study was the sport volunteers in 2010 Spring Cup Blind Baseball Competition. According to the data collected from the survey, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, Person product-moment correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis was used to accomplish data analysis. The study showed the influence factor-male got higher cooperation than female. For different educational background on learning new knowledge and caring and service, the graduate was higher than undergraduate. The writer brought up the conclusion, some interviewers thought that would be fun to participate blind baseball game. To recruit blind baseball sport volunteers, college sport volunteers who are over 20 years old and the graduate students will be better. On the other hand, the authority should emphasize the personal view of sport volunteers and build up the communicative way for them to pass more information. Therefore, with good organized system and working environment, the population of sport volunteers will be increasing.
