應用模糊多準則決策於環保旅館評選大賽之研究

「2008全國環保旅館大賽」共有270位網友參與推薦，計有78家一般旅館與39家觀光旅館符合資格，接受4萬3千人次以上網友票選結果已出爐【1】，與早期觀光局梅花標章認定或國外行之多年的星級評鑑各有特色，深具市場潛力及有感票選結果具有學術研究價值，特以「2008全國環保旅館大賽」為例，探討如何在不同且有限的評估因素考量下，評選出最客觀且最優質的環保旅館。本研究藉模糊多準則決策理論，結合德爾菲專家意見法，給予適當評估準則之權重及模糊數，經整合評比後，再利用TOPSIS評估方法進行排序，以作為評選最佳環保旅館之依據及參考。
