摘要

背景及目的：本專題研究中，是藉由探討藥師執業應遵守的藥事倫理原則內涵，帶領出相對應的現行具體法律規範，以顯示哪些藥事倫理原則，已經透過共識與立法，在現行具體法規架構下，形成具有強制力的法律責任。此專題的構想，旨在提供藥學系學生未來畢業後進入職場，能齊備足夠的藥事倫理涵養，藉由藥事倫理與法律責任之間的交互激盪，提醒準藥師們執業時應當注意的地方，以及培養倫理抉擇思考能力，決定何事當為不當為的判斷力。

Background and purpose: The purposes of this study are to explore the ethical principles followed by pharmacists, and to know which pharmaceutical ethical principles are already legislated. By conducting the project, the results could provide students practical and useful ethical principles on pharmacy in the future workplace; then based on the results, the researchers could help students think about the relationship between pharmaceutical ethical principles and legal liability to develop the ability to make correct decisions, and avoid making inappropriate judgment in pharmaceutical practice.
