基於無線射頻技術與Web Service之廠區模具管理系統設計

Design of a Mold Management System Based on Radio Frequency Identification Technology and Web Service

摘要


工廠製造模具成本高昂,且工廠之中模具數量眾多,模具若能妥善管理,則可提高模具盤點效率。並且可易於調閱模具相關基本資料、保存模具維修相關資訊、記錄每副模具最佳成型參數,使試模成本降低、提高生產效率。本研究旨在整合Zigbee及RFID二種射頻技術於模具管理之應用上,開發Zigbee及RFID雙模之模具管理系統。本系統以WebService為基礎,開發雲端服務,並且實作模具管理系統。RFID在短距離信號傳輸有低成本的優勢,Zigbee則具有長距離之優勢。因此,本研究內整合Zigbee與RFID於模具管理系統中,以達到截長補短之綜效。本研究之系統能夠達到以下幾點成果:(1)有效解決目前市上模具管理系統之問題並具協同合作之特性(2)提高廠區模具盤點效率(3)提升系統程式開發彈性與可用性(4)系統使用者掌握即時資訊。

Molds in factories are great expenses. Efficiency of searching molds is an important research topic for manufacturers. In this paper, we propose a dual-mode system for mode management based on Zigbee and RFID. Mold management functions based on Web Service are developed. With the advantages of RFID with it'slow cost in the short-distance signal transmission, a combination of mold management system based on radio frequency identification technology and Web Service is proposed. The system in this study can improve the efficiency of the factory mold inventory, and the flexibility and availability of program development.
