基於雲端服務之行動化校園安全影音監控系統設計與實作
Design and Implementation of a Media Monitoring System for Campus Safety Based on Cloud Services
摘要
由於雲端運算技術之興起，目前各級學校機關正積極導入雲端技術於校園相關應用中。其中，學生人身安全之保障，一直為家長、教師們關心之重大議題。因此，本研究提出基於雲端服務之行動化校園安全影音監控系統，結合行動載具，以影音派送技術為基礎，於校園內各角落架設IP Camera。使用者可透過訂閱方式，設定影音來源，並可瀏覽警報安全記錄以及使用即時影像派送服務。本研究在系統開發技術上，以服務為導向架構（SOA）建構雲端服務，提出之系統除可實現無所不在監控以及即時資訊派送外，更可提高監控系統之彈性（flexibility）與再利用性（reusability），未來可彈性開發並應用於各類型不同的校園監控系統環境。

For enhancing the safety of students in schools, a media monitoring system for campus safety based on cloud services is proposed. Developed with PDA and mobile devices, users may access and obtain media information from IP camera deployed in campuses. Users are able to subscribe information they need, or they want. Alarm message with media contents will be sent to users on their demands anytime, anywhere. Taking the advantage of SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), the system architecture proposed in this research can have better reusability and flexibility.
