國中總務主任營繕工程之學校微觀政治敘說研究

摘要

本研究透過敘說探究，選擇臺灣南部一所國中同一學年度，上、下學期二位總務主任作為研究對象，進行在學校三棟校舍營繕工程方面訪談資料的蒐集與分析得知，校長以其職務領導總務主任達成目標，然而二位主任的作為卻同中有異，一位為了維護自身的道德價值與避免可能發生的工程弊端的刑責，遂一邊執行校長所交付的庶務決定工作，一邊運用各種權力策略試圖扭轉營繕工程決定事項中可能觸及的工程弊端，以做好公平、公開且透明的營繕工程決定的過程；另一位主任卻是聽命校長的交付做好營繕工程的決定，不同的歷程構成了學校微觀政治研究中值得被重視的行政議題之一。研究者歸納結論為：（一）二位總務主任的主觀價值需求影響了營繕工程決定的歷程中所進行的權力策略之選擇。（二）二位總務主任的權力策略運用之成功與否涉及了行政人員相互間的利益考量。

In this study, through narrative inquiry, southern Taiwan a country in the same school year, the two Directors Of General Affairs of the next semester as the object of study, carried out the data collection and analysis of the interview in the school three school buildings and repair works that principal lead the two Directors Of General Affairs, however, as was the same in different one in order to safeguard her own moral values and avoid engineering drawbacks of criminal liability that may occur, and then while the implementation of the the janitorial decision delivered by the principal tempt to reverse engineering drawbacks and repair works decide matters may touch, while the use of various power strategies, in order to do a good job the decision-making process of a fair, open and transparent and repair works; another officer is the delivery of orders from principal do Construction and Maintenance the decision of the project, a different course one of the micro-political study of school administrative issues worthy of being taken seriously.The researchers conclusions are as follows: (A) the two Directors Of General Affairs of the subjective value of demand affect the choice of strategies of power to decide the course of construction and repair works. (B) the two powers of the Directors Of General Affairs of strategies success involves consideration of interests between executives.
