本文完整紀錄了目前就讀於國立體育學院盧彥廷選手學習競技體操單槓項目Yamawaki動作過程,透過實際的訓練並進行討論分析後發現下列之重點:一、藉由彈翻床進行模擬練習,使選手對騰空階段的身體姿勢、轉體技術及空間感覺有更深刻地體驗。二、運用輔助器材保護繩進行訓練,可避免發生運動傷害並去除選手心理層面之顧忌,同時能大量增加訓練的次數,縮短完成動作的時間。三、在單槓上實際從事訓練時,首先以振浪擺動技術為主,尤其著重於前擺頂肩壓腿、下擺縮腹沈肩、後擺身體伸展等三個擺動技術。四、騰空階段的訓練過程應分為二個階段:(一)團身屈膝及直體騰越。此階段之訓練重點為固定雙手壓槓脫手的時間、控制下肢擺動速度的大小與方向、離槓後身體重心移動的方向及越槓時身體軀幹應與單槓水平面成垂直等四個動作技術。(二)直體加轉180°騰越接槓。此階段之訓練應特別注意進行轉體動作的時間點、騰空階段的身體體勢及接槓瞬間身體的位置。
In this study, Yamawaki action process in horizontal bar was analysis as following conclusions: 1. It can be simulation phase's body posture, turning body technology and extensity experience by means of trampoline practice; 2. In order to avoid injury, to reduce mentality scruple, increase practice frequency and to shorten the time to perfect performance, it can be train by assist equipment such as protects rope to process training. 3. In actual horizontal bar practice, first of all as swings technology to perform. It should emphasize tip shoulder and press the leg in front top phase, contract abdomen sink shoulder in swings low-phase and extension trunk in back phase. 4. There are two training phases when the body in air moment: a. jump over phase that body it should emphasis on the time of hands take off in the mean time watch out for the track of body gravity; b. the phases of turn 180 degree jump over and catch high bar, watch out for the time point and body position.
