科技大學師生對生死學的教與學看法之比較

A Comparison of the Viewpoints of Life-and-Death Studies' Teaching and Learning between Students and Teachers in Science and Technology Colleges

摘要


本研究旨在比較學生與老師對生死學的學習需求、需求滿足及教學勝任的看法。以全國選讀生死學或生死學相關課程的十五所科技大學學生及其任課老師為研究母群體,學生樣本361人,老師12人。以自編之結構式開卷來蒐集資料,問卷內含學習需求、需求滿足及教學勝任各四十二個題目,其內部一致性像數介於.97至.99間。結果顯示,老師與學生在學生學習需求上的看法,有15個項目有顯著差異,需求滿足有5個,教學勝任有5個。研究者針對結果加以討論,並提出建議做為生死學教學之參考。

The purposes of this study are to compare the viewpoints of Life-and-Death Studies' learning demand, demand satisfied and teachers' instruction competence between students and teachers. The population are who were learning life-and-death studies' students and their teachers in 15 colleges. The samples were 361 students and 12 teachers. A structured questionnaire that contained 42 items of learning demand, demand satisfied and teachers' instruction competence individually was used to collect data and its coefficient of internal consistency was between .97 to .99. The results reveal that there are 15 items about learning demand, 5 items about demand satisfied and 5 items about teachers' instruction competence with significant difference between teachers and students' viewpoints. At last, the researcher discusses the results and proposes some suggestions for life-and-death studies instruction.
