本研究主要目的,為探討中小學教師的創意教學與影響創意教學的相關因素。研究樣本來自554名中小學教師,利用結構方程模式探討學校教師的創造人格特質與學習結構與管道,如何透過創意教學自我效能感以及創意教學內在動機的中介變項,進而影響創意教學行為。研究結果發現,創造人格特質與學習結構與管道,皆能透過創意教學自我效能感,分別對創意教學內在動機與創意教學行為產生間接效果;創造人格特質,也會透過創意教學自我效能感與創意教學內在動機影響創意教學行為;創意教學自我效能感,則會透過創意教學內在動機影響創意教學行為。此外,本研究所提出的「創意教學行為之關聯模型」獲得實際觀察資料的驗證。最後,本研究根據研究結果對未來研究與實務提出具體建議。
The purpose of this study is to inquire into the creative teaching performances of both elementary and junior high school teachers. A hypothesized path model using structural equation modeling was proposed to examine the influence of self-efficacy in creative teaching along with other background variables such as learning structure/ways and personality, and psychological measures (intrinsic motivation) on creative teaching behaviors. Participants were 544 elementary and high school teachers coming from 40 schools all over Taiwan. Data were analyzed using SPSS12.0 and LISREL8.7. Results show that most of the hypotheses of this present study were confirmed by the analysis. Suggestions for further study and limitations were discussed at the end of the study.
