摘要


本研究目的在探討技專校院選修通識創意課程學生之情緒智商與團隊合作對創新行為之影響與團隊合作在情緒智商與創新行為之中介模式。本研究以問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,採用階層迴歸分析驗證各變項之間的關係。以「情緒智力量表」、「團隊合作量表」、「創新行為量表」為研究工具。研究顯示:一、情緒智商與團隊合作對創新行為有顯著正向的影響。二、情緒智商對團隊合作有顯著正向的影響。三、團隊合作的中介作用會使情緒智商對創新行為有顯著的正向影響,此為部分中介效果。

This study investigated the relationship among emotional intelligence, teamwork, creative behavior, and the mediating role of teamwork in linking emotional intelligence with creative behavior on students taking creative courses in Technological Universities. This study adopted survey method and multiple hierarchical regression analysis to examine the hypotheses. Findings include: 1.emotional intelligence and teamwork significantly positively affected creative behavior; 2.emotional intelligence significantly positively affected teamwork; 3.The partial-mediating role of teamwork had an effect of enabling emotional intelligence to have a significantly positive effects on creative behavior.
