研究目的:本研究的目的在探討X型肌內效貼紮對於肌肉疼痛的療效。研究方法:參與者為上斜方肌區域有自覺疼痛的人士,不拘男女。隨機分成兩組,由具證書的物理治療師分別在壓痛點上進行X型肌內效貼紮與3M紙貼,在貼紮前、貼紮後、貼紮後10分鐘、貼紮後30分鐘與貼紮後60分鐘以疼痛視覺類比量表測量自覺疼痛,以壓力疼痛計測量壓力疼痛閾值。統計方法以重複量數雙因子變異數(two-way ANOVA,repeated measures)分析兩組上斜方肌貼紮前後對自覺疼痛和壓力疼痛閾值的影響。結果:X型肌內效貼紮於貼紮後,在自覺疼痛和壓力疼痛閾值都立即產生顯著效果,在貼紮後的10分鐘、30分鐘和60分鐘都有持續改善。3M紙貼則在自覺疼痛和壓力疼痛閾值不論是貼紮後或是貼紮後60分鐘都沒有減輕疼痛的效果。結論:X型肌內效貼法可以顯著降低疼痛,但是3M紙貼沒有任何效果。
Purpose: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of X-shape kinesio tape methods on short term pressure pain thresholds. Material and Method: Thirty volunteers who have pain in upper trapezius area are the subjects in this study. They are randomly assigned into two groups, group I received X-shape kinesio tape, and group II received 3M tape. Physical therapist provided visual analog scale and pressure pain scale test before tapping, after tapping, 10 minutes after tapping, 30 minutes after tapping and 60 minutes after tapping in each group. Result: The group of X-shape kinesio tape revealed a significant lowered pain scale on visual analog scale and increase pressure pain thresholds immediately after tapping, 10 minutes, 30 minutes up to 60 minutes. The group of 3M tape revealed no significant change before and after tapping. Conclusion: The X-shape kinesio tape can reduce pain but 3M tape can not.
