北海岸區域自行車休閒參與者持續涉入、休閒體驗與休閒滿意度

摘要

本研究旨在探討北海岸區域自行車休閒參與者持續涉入、休閒體驗與休閒滿意度之關聯性。透過立意取樣之問卷調查，以參與北海岸區域自行車運動休閒的騎乘者為研究對象，回收有效問卷412份（回收率為89.6%）。以探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析，以及結構方程模式等進行資料分析。結果發現：一、持續涉入、休閒體驗與滿意度之影響模式符合各項適配度指標。二、持續涉入對休閒體驗有顯著正向影響；休閒體驗對滿意度有顯著正向影響。三、持續涉入對休閒滿意度有直接顯著正向影響，經由休閒體驗亦有間接的正向影響，亦即休閒體驗是持續涉入影響滿意度的重要變數。最後，根據研究結果提出要增進自行車活動參與者獲致滿意的休閒感受，強化正向評價的休閒體驗，以加深其持續涉入，將有助於參與者獲致更高的休閒滿意度，維繫持續參與的動力。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of enduring involvement, leisure experience and leisure satisfaction of the bike participants of the activity of North Coast in Taiwan. Data were collected by questionnaire survey through purposive sampling. Researchers got 412 effective questionnaires (89.6% effective response-rate). According to data obtained from exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and SEM, the results were: 1. the effect models on the enduring involvement, leisure experience and leisure satisfaction were consistent with all fit indexes. 2. The leisure experience was affected significantly and positively by enduring involvement. 3. The leisure satisfaction was affected significantly and directly by enduring involvement; and leisure satisfaction was affected indirectly but positively by enduring involvement. Those meant that the leisure experience was a key variation as enduring involvement affected leisure satisfaction. The above results showed, to intensify the positive appreciation of the biking leisure experience that could promote the enduring involvement of biking, so as to further the higher leisure satisfaction level of the biking participants.
