To Investigate the Effects of Respiratory Muscle Training on Individual Health Promotion Benefits

Respiratory muscle strength and endurance affect the human lung vital capacity and vitality, by breathing training helps to relieve the chest muscles, dilate the lungs, improve the muscle strength and endurance of the respiratory muscles, long-term practice is bound to increase ventilation efficiency, ventilation threshold, help improve cardiopulmonary fitness. Recently, the emerging popular respiratory muscle training devices to help athletes, many of the literature to confirm the respiratory muscle training can enhance the performance of the movement. As the respiratory muscle training device is simple, safe, can be used at home or clinical training at any time, for frail, obese or cardiopulmonary respiration, metabolic abnormalities and other ethnic groups, if properly applied to promote autonomic respiratory performance or auxiliary medical care should be able to achieve the goal of preventing disease progression and health promotion. In this study, the health benefits of respiratory muscle training were discussed in a literature review.
