The Preliminary Study of the Service Models of Support Team in Digital Opportunity Centers in Ping Tung

摘要


現今是科技及知識橫溢的時代,唯科技便利性並非有在每個人身上都有相同的立足點,不同的階級因獲取資訊能力有所差異性,形成了「數位落差」現象。因此政府方面,藉由「數位台灣計畫」整合資源縮減數位落差,「數位機會中心」便是在本計畫中產生。本研究以成功爭取屏東縣數位機會中心輔導計劃之輔導團隊-「慈惠醫護管理專科學校」為對象,分析團隊如何結合各方面服務模式,來促進中心經營與輔導,以供未來團隊執行服務時之參考依據。

We live in a world of high technology and overflowing knowledge, yet not everyone has the same access to technology. The ability discrepancies of obtaining information in different status, therefore, gave rise to the phenomenon of ”Digital Divide”. As a result, the government aims to combine resources and eliminate digital gap via 'e-Taiwan program' and also helps with the formation of ”Digital Opportunity Centers” in this project. The goal of this research is to successfully strive for the selection of Tzu Hui Institute of Technology as the target in the counseling plan of Digital Opportunity Centers in Ping Tung. By analyzing the method of uniting various services within the group, we aim to promote center operation and counseling service, and to provide references for support team to operate in the future.
