應用專題導向學習法於企管系大三實務專題學生之行動研究:以美和技術學院為例

An Action Research on Applying PBL in an Undergraduate Special Project and Professional Practice Classroom: A Case Study on the Third-Year Business Administration Majors in Meiho Institute of Technology

摘要


本研究為瞭解學生對實務專題課程的學習情形及增進學習成就,以美和技術學院企管系大三學生為研究對象,應用專題導向學習法於實務專題課程裡,並採用行動研究方法的特色-實務工作者透過研究參與,深入的反省,提昇實務工作成效的方式,使實務專題課程教學活動更加活潑生動,引起學生對參與研究工作的興趣、增加團隊合作共同解決問題的能力、提高英語溝通的能力,是為本研究的主要目的。具體結論有共五項:包括1.應用專題導向學習法於實務專題課程教學活動裡有助於學生學習。2.學生已能瞭解「專家訪談」目的與實施步驟。3.學生體會到團隊合作共同解決問題的重要性。4.提升與外國人的英語溝通能力與信心。5.教師透過行動省思發展改善實際教學的策略並增進教學技巧。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the students' learning progress and achievement in the course, Special Projects and Professional Practices. The target students were the third year business administration majors; project-based learning (PBL) teaching method and action research were applied in this course. The objectives of this study were raising students learning interests and improve English skills by cooperative learning. The findings of this research are as follow: (1) Apply PBL in the course, Projects and Professional Practices, could enhance students learning. (2) Students have understood why and how to do an expert interview. (3) Students have realized the importance of team work and solving problems cooperatively. (4) Students have greatly increased their confident to use English. (5) Through teaching reflection, teachers could improve their teaching strategies and techniques.
