摘要

在上網搜尋找知識盛行的時代，網路知識分享平台提供參與者一個分享、尋找、探究知識的場域。本研究目的主要找出網路平台使用者對於知識分享平台功能設計的機制、使用激勵因素與知識分享的關鍵因素。研究以「熟能生巧」生活節能創意競賽之知識分享平台～「能源魔法師」為研究場域，除了紀錄知識分享平台建置的歷程，並以參加「熟能生巧」生活節能競賽的參賽者為研究對象，設計網路問卷進行調查，期望透過本次的研究資料分析的成果，找出最有效的功能機制，做為今後建置類似平台的參考。

In the era of knowledge networking, a web-based knowledge sharing platform provides an environment where knowledge is shared, searched, and prusued. The objective of the research was to explore the factors which encouraged users to use the platform and share their knowledge on a knowledge sharing website in terms of its functions as well as the reward systems. People who took part in the ”Practice makes perfect” life energy-saving competition were invited as participants in this research. A web-based survey was conducted to find out the most valuable functions on the website for future reference.
