高雄市國中教師對「補救教學資源平台」之認知與滿意度之研究

Study on Cognition and Satisfaction of Junior High School Teachers toward Implementation of Remedial Instruction in Kaohsiung

摘要


本研究主要探討高雄市國中教師對補救教學資源平台之認知與滿意度之現況,並探討兩者之間的相關性。本研究以高雄市參與補救教學之公立國中教師為研究對象,採用問卷調查法,以自編問卷為研究工具,共發放165份問卷,有效問卷為146份,有效回收率為88.4%。再進一步以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、以及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現,教師對補救教學資源平台的「認知有用性」和「滿意度」會因「任教科目」而有顯著差異。補救教學教師對補救教學平台之「認知」與「滿意度」具有中度正相關。

This study was aimed to investigate the current ststus of cognition and satisfaction of junior high school teachers toward Implementation of Remedial Instruction (IRI) in Kaohsiung, and to discuss the relationship between cognition and satisfaction. The public junior high school teachers who had participated in Remedial Instruction Project were selected as research object in Kaohsiung. The questionnaire survey was used in the study. There were total of 165 questionnaies handed out, 146 valid questionnaires, and the effective returns-ratio of questionnaire is 88.4%. Moreover, Descriptive Statistics, T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment and other related statistic methods were employed to analyze data. The results showed that the usefulness and satisfaction of users would depend on their teaching subjects. There was a significant correlation between cognition and saisfaction when teachers used IRI.
