This study was aimed to investigate the current ststus of cognition and satisfaction of junior high school teachers toward Implementation of Remedial Instruction (IRI) in Kaohsiung, and to discuss the relationship between cognition and satisfaction. The public junior high school teachers who had participated in Remedial Instruction Project were selected as research object in Kaohsiung. The questionnaire survey was used in the study. There were total of 165 questionnaies handed out, 146 valid questionnaires, and the effective returns-ratio of questionnaire is 88.4%. Moreover, Descriptive Statistics, T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment and other related statistic methods were employed to analyze data. The results showed that the usefulness and satisfaction of users would depend on their teaching subjects. There was a significant correlation between cognition and saisfaction when teachers used IRI.
