資訊系統品質與行動導覽使用者滿意度關係之研究-以科工館「啟動創新實驗場」展廳為例

Study on the Relationship between Information System Quality and User Satisfaction of the Mobile Orientation of National Science and Technology Museum

摘要


行動裝置不斷發展且結合網路,提供人人可隨時隨地上網取得最新資訊的便利性,因此行動學習的概念也被應用在教育上,成為最新的學習方式。雖然行動學習方式令人耳目一新,但使用者滿意度究竟如何,其驗證方式是另一個值得教育學者探究的話題。本研究以國立科學工藝博物館內新建的「啟動創新實驗場」展廳為研究場域,採用資訊系統管理學者廣泛使用的「資訊系統成功模式」,建構適用於此展廳之行動導覽系統的評估模式,以問卷調查該行動導覽之使用者滿意度。研究對象為國中以上的學生,取樣時間從2017年11月至2018年1月。本研究統計方法採迴歸分析以探究構面間之因果關係。結果顯示本研究所建立之資訊系統成功模式其資訊系統品質各構面皆正向顯著影響使用者滿意度,且大多數填答者皆肯定以平板電腦進行導覽之體驗過程。根據此研究結果,建議展廳策展單位,未來可持續推廣以行動導覽系統結合展廳內容之展覽方式,尤其是針對青少年之主題展廳。同時須加強其資訊品質、服務品質與行動載具品質,以提升使用者滿意度。

The constant development of mobile devices, along with the growing prevalence of the internet, results in people's convenience of accessing online information anywhere and anytime. Hence, the concept of mobile learning has been applied to education and become the latest learning method. Although mobile learning seems novel and refreshing, how to evaluate the user satisfaction is another important issue for educational scholars to investigate. This study adopts D&M Success Model, an evaluation method widely used by researchers of information system, to measure the user satisfaction of the mobile orientation of the exhibition hall "Innovating a Better Future" of National Science and Technology Museum. The objective of this study is to construct an evaluation model applicable to the mobile orientation by referring to D&M Success Model. The user satisfaction is obtained by questionnaires, according to survey research methodology. The subjects are teenage students. Sampling period is from November of 2017 to January of 2018. The statistical methodology of regression analysis is employed to investigate the causal relationship between the dimensions. The result of the research indicates that all the dimensions of the evaluation model constructed by this study significantly affect user satisfaction, and most respondents are positive with their experiences of using the mobile orientation. According to the result, we suggest that the exhibition hall keep on the approach of combining mobile orientation with display, especially for teenage visitors, and meanwhile improve the service quality, information quality and mobile device quality of the mobile orientation to enhance user satisfaction.
