台灣與國際科技教育課程生物科技內涵分析研究

Analysis and Research on the Content of Biotechnology in Taiwan and International Technology Education Curriculum

摘要


全球的生物科技發展不斷進步,台灣在生技產業的基礎人才也需往下札根,培養應具的生物科技知能。美國與日本將生物科技的知能納入科技領域的課程,但台灣科技領域課程中並無生物科技的內涵。因此,本研究從美日台中學課綱的內容進行分析,以瞭解台灣生物科技與國際相關課程的差異。本研究蒐集美日台官方網站生物科技課程的學習內容,進行質性的分析與歸類,並進行分析者信度考驗。研究發現生物科技的內涵分為生物科學知識與科技應用兩大面向與相關次子題。在生物科學知識面向台灣與美日差異不大,但在科技應用面向台灣較弱,有待努力。最後研究者提出台灣可以增加生物科技在科技應用面向的課程之相關建議。

The biotechnology is developing rapidly in the world. To enhancing the competitiveness of biotechnology industry, the core competencies are needed for students in Taiwan. The United States and Japan have the biotechnology related curriculum in the Technology Field at the level of junior high. Compare with two countries, the curriculum of Technology Field in Taiwan shows no obviously related content of biotechnology. Therefore, this study analyze the content of secondary school curriculum guidelines to understand the differences between Taiwan biotechnology and international related courses. This study collects the biotechnology courses from the official websites of the United States, Japan and Taiwan, conducts qualitative analysis and classification, and conducts an analyst reliability test. The research found that the connotation of biotechnology is divided into two aspects which are biological science and biological technology and related sub-topics. In terms of biological science, there is no significant difference between Taiwan and the United States and Japan, but in terms of biological technology, Taiwan is less related contents. This study suggest that the biotechnology in Technology Field need to be improved.
