國小自然與生活科技教師教學障礙因素與需求之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小自然與生活科技教師教學障礙因素與需求之研究,作為目前正實施中之九年一貫課程,提出所遇相關問題及建議,以提供教育行政決策單位及教師之參考。 首先,透過文獻探討,蒐集國內外相關資料,經過整理、分析作為研究理論依據。本研究以台中縣龍井鄉內國小從事自然與生活科技教學教師七人,教學組長二人共九人,為訪談與問卷調查對象,經資料統計分析結果,獲致以下結論: 壹、國小自然與生活科技教師專業教學能力、急需規劃進修管道,尤其非本科專長教師,教學過程遭遇困難。 貳、國小自然與生活科技學科領域欠缺專科教室,以供教學之用。 參、國小自然與生活科技領域課程安排授課教師或時間,時有所不當產生。 肆、國小自然與生活科技學科領域課程內容所需設備、材料不足教學所需。 伍、教師營造教學環境不佳,致使教學效果減低。 陸、國小自然與生活科技課程內容在生活科技方面之技能教學內容尚需補實。最後,依據研究發現與理論,期能對教育行政單位、及教師提出建議。

The purpose of this research focuses on investigating the teaching disabilities factors and needs in elementary school nature-science teachers sufferings, as a reference to 1(superscript st)~9(superscript th) grade curriculum alignment, providing suggestions to education units and teachers. First of all, through the discussion of literature, we collect the related literatures and data, via classify and analysis becoming the basis of theory. This research is made by interviewing and questionnaire on seven elementary schools nature-science teachers, including seven teachers, two department chief, by analyzing the statistic, the results are as following: First, the professional ability of elementary school nature-science teacher needs to promote, accepting advanced knowledge, especially, the teachers who lack of professional abilities background always suffer from difficulties. Second, in elementary school, nature-science fields lack of professional classroom for teaching all the time. Third, the nature-science fields curriculum teaching always inappropriate in lessons giving or time. Forth, nature-science fields content in elementary school are not sufficient in equipments and materials. Fifth, the instructors can't build suitable environments for students, reducing teaching effects. Sixth, in elementary school, the nature-science curriculum contents, particularly in science-technology aspect, need to resupply. Finally, according this research discovery and theory, we hope we can give the suggestions to educational execute units, or teachers.
