本研究在探討科技發展過程中所受到的推力、拉力與阻力的因素分析,以可充電鋰電池之發展爲例進行探討。研究採用文獻探討法與個案研究法進行,對鋰電池業者與消費者進行深度訪談,再依訪談結果分析其影響發展之推力、拉力與阻力因素,並採三角測定法,取得研究之信度。本研究發現:一、目前發展現況爲廠商提供維修可充電鋰電池服務,並採全新材料製作個人化之可充電鋰電池,但缺乏播化過程、推力與拉力不足,使用者不知;二、影響之推力因素爲電池供應中斷,廠商停產,無法取得電池、新電池與電池維修的價差誘因,以及惜福愛物的價值觀念;三、影響發展之拉力因素爲安全性、收費標準與保固服務;四、影響發展之阻力因素爲技術限制。最後,提出五項結論及六項建議供參考。
This study aims to explore the analysis of the factors among the propulsive force, the pulling force, and obstruction in the process of scientific and technological development based on a case study of rechargeable Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion) batteries. Literature Review Survey and Interview Survey are adopted in this study. The retailers and customers of Lithium batteries are interviewed, and then the factors among the propulsive force, the pulling force, and obstruction are investigated and analyzed based on the collected results of interviews. Triangular Surveying Method is adopted to make this study reliable. Some findings are listed as followed: 1. At present, the services of maintaining and customer-making Lithium-lon batteries are offered. By using new kind of raw materials, individualized Lithium-lon batteries are produced. But the factors among the propulsive force and pulling force are insufficiently offered. 2. The factors of propulsive force are shown: the supply of batteries is suspended and users can't be supplied with batteries; remote causes of price difference between new batteries supply and batteries maintenance are mentioned; the concept of a high value on old batteries is mentioned. 3. The factors of pulling force are security, charging, and warranty certification. 4. The factor of obstruction is the limits of science and technology. Finally, five conclusions and six suggestions are provided in this study.
