Balanced Scorecard is one kind of measuring tactic which uses many steps to attain statistical results. It is defined as a goal management control system that can be shown in figures. It emphasizes the Performance Evaluation Indicator of Financial, Customer, Learning and Growth, Internal Business Process aspects into tactics that can be studied and evaluated. It can be fed back and linked to form a study of the course. The object of this article is to introduce the Balanced Scorecard concept, applied to a Science and technological curriculum with four aspects composition surfaces and to design the Performance Evaluation Indicator. The person who offers the layers of management and forefront teaching consultations, and hopes to manage by way of finer management may implement this tactic for Science and Technology with success.
