高職動力機械群教師對實施95學年新課程壓力感受之研究

摘要


本研究旨在於探討高職動力機械群教師對實施95新課程的壓力感受,首先透過文獻探討的方式,歸納出教師對於新課程實施的壓力來源,分別為「課程方面」、「教學方面」、「教學資源方面」、「專業知能方面」、「生涯規劃方面」等五個層面,再以台中彰化地區十三所設有動力機械群科學校之教師為調查對象進行區域普查。結果發現,「教學資源方面」是教師最大的壓力源。

To make our country's vocational education meet the industry's need, Ministry of Education announced the ”temporary outline of vocational high school curriculum” in 2005 academic year and carried the new curriculum out in 2006 academic year. In the new curriculum, the power machinery curriculum, which tends towards mechatronic engineering, is the biggest change. Since the vocational high school teachers' perceived job stress and coping strategy become the key to successfully carry out the new curriculum. This study aims to research the power machinery curriculum teachers' perceived stress in vocational high school. This study induced the sources of teachers' stress first, then census 13 vocational high schools in Taichung county, Taichung city, and Chuanghua county. 131 questionnaires were mailed, 122 questionnaires were returned, and 104 questionnaires were valid. The result indicated that the lack of teaching resource is the main source of stress. Female perceived more stress than male. Older teachers perceived more stress. The teachers who teach over 21 years perceived the most stress. The teachers who serve the director concurrently perceived the most stress. The married teachers perceived more stress than single ones.
