In recent years, Taiwan region faces the pressure of globalization competition and high jobless rate. So the public training centers in Taiwan change the role and the function actively. They provide all kinds of training programs, and try to promote labors professional technique and employment ability. The article tries to find the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, and among the independent variables. The independent variables include the sex, the education, the admission scores, the training scores and the skill test grades. The dependent variable means the employment performance. The main purpose is to provide the suggestions which can be used as the reference that modify the training programs, correct the training courses, and provide the employment services in the future.
