「電腦軟體應用乙級檢定」與高職商業類群課程設計之探討

摘要


我國技能檢定職業證照的推行,是技職教育培養國家人力資源的工作中很重要的一部分。高職技能檢定也已逐漸被各校所重視,但必須基於正常課程設計教學的原則之下,才有推展價值。本研究旨在瞭解我國技能檢定起源、辦理目的、實行現況與電腦軟體應用乙級技能檢定之職種規範,以釐清高職生所參與的電腦軟體應用乙級技能檢定之今日意義。據此,本文以文獻分析、高職教育與技能檢定政策、以及相關課程設計為分析內容,探討以下幾個層面:(一)我國技能檢定與職業證照之實施;(二)高職商業類群課程設計與規劃;(三)電腦軟體應用乙級技能檢定之相關規範;以及(四)高職商業類群課程設計與技能檢定內容之分析。最後針對高職課程設計方向與技能檢定內容兩大層面提出具體的建議,以提供教育當局規劃高職商業類群課程設計的參考。

The promotion of skill certification with occupational license is a significant part in vocational education scheme in enhancing the national human resources. Many schools have emphasized the skill certifications and licenses designed for vocational school's student. However. The value of promoting such license would only be manifest according to the current curriculum design. This research mainly discusses the origin of skill certification, purpose, current state, and occupational norms of ”License of B-grade Computer Software Application” (LBCSA), to clarify the meaning of the vocational school students participating in such skill verification. Therefore, this research discussed following aspects through literature review, policy on vocational education and skill verification, and related curriculum design: (1) Implementation of skill verification and occupational license; (2) Design and planning for curriculum in vocational commercial school; (3) Relevant regulations on the LBCSA skill verification and (4) Analysis of the curriculum design in commercial school and content of skill verification. This research ends with concrete recommendation on two accepts: direction of curriculum design of vocational school and content of skill verification, to serve as reference for governing authorities taking charge of curriculum design for vocational commercial schools.
