以互動式決策支援系統提升產業節能減碳教育宣導成效之研究

To Promote the Performance of Enterprise's Education on the Issue of Saving Energy and Carbon Reduction by Aninteractive Decision Support System

摘要


一個企業的節能減碳教育宣導將影響其溫室氣體減量行動力,本研究發現職場員工對於節能減碳存在著「知行不一」的現象,由此可見教育宣導不應只著重於知識性的灌輸,它必須能夠喚起員工的責任意識。另一方面,本研究發現超過三年年資的員工,在態度與行為上皆顯著優於年資三年以下的員工,顯見隨著年資成長員工的成熟度日增,與企業共生的認知越深,行為表現也更積極。本研究認為讓員工認知個人行為對於企業發展的衝擊,可增進其與企業共生的認知,因此開發了一個決策支援系統,整合節能減碳決策過程所需的專業知識包括能源需求、能源成本及溫室氣體排放係數,讓使用者經由簡易的介面就可以檢驗決策規劃的合理性,教學試驗結果顯示,使用者經過互動式的能源決策模擬,對於能源需求、能源成本、能源結構與溫室氣體排放之間的關係,都有了更深入的認識。本研究建議企業推動節能減碳工作時,可以使用互動式決策支援系統作為內部溝通平台,讓員工模擬節能減碳決策,以加深其對於節能減碳策略的認同感。

The education on the issue of energy saving and carbon reduction will affect the performance of the enterprise on reducing the emission of greenhouse gases.We find that the employees generally not act as they knew the necessity of energy saving and carbon reduction. In addition to giving the employee knowledge, we have to raise their willing. We find that the senior employees are more willing to do energy saving and carbon reduction than the juniors. As the employee knows his duty to the sustainable development of the enterprise, he acts more actively. So we develop a decision support system in which the energy demand, price, cost and the emission of greenhouse gases are included. A simple interface let the users easily check the feasibility of their decision for energy saving and carbon reduction. It turns out that the users have a more clear view about the relationship between energy demand, energy cost, energy structure and the emission of greenhouse gases through an interactive simulation of decision making for energy policy.We strongly recommend the enterprise adopt an interactive decision support system to share the employees' visions during policy making for energy saving and carbon reduction. Such a simulation will make the employees raise their agreement and cooperation on the project of energy saving and carbon reduction.
