摘要

近年來國人有感於霧霾對人體健康的影響而日漸重視來自各類污染源所排放出的粒狀污染物，當中尤其以燃煤電廠等固定污染源的排放氣體更是受到國人所重視。為了掌握這些大型污染源所排放出的粒狀污染物的濃度以及排放量，必須透過各種監測和檢測方法實際進行量測才能有效評估和管理。PM CEMS是世界各先進國家近年逐漸採用的一項工具。本文將介紹PM連續自動監測的用途、原理和各國PM CEMS性能規範，並評估在國內施行PM CEMS的技術、技術和政策可行性。

The health effect caused by PM2.5 is a significant problem to all of us. To know the amount of PM emitted from the stack or flue of stationary sources, the competency authority require the owner or operator to measure the PM emissions by PM CEMS or manual refence methods. In this paper, the type, principle, performance specification and feasibility of PM CEMS will be introduced.
