農用搬運車使用生質柴油之性能及廢氣排放分析

本研究探討農用搬運車之柴油引擎以廢食用油轉酯化生質柴油替代超級柴油之效益,用以發展區域性廢棄食用油回收就地再利用,以減少運輸能源消耗。本研究模擬農用搬運車常用重負荷運轉模式,比較固定不同轉速之最大負荷狀況。以及模擬常用之暫態操作模式,比較不同操控模式下之引擎性能變化過程和黑煙及廢氣濃度排放過程。結果顯示: .在固定不同轉速之最高扭力狀況下使用生質柴油可抑制黑煙、CO、HC之排放濃度,但會增加NO排放濃度。引擎在低速重負荷之黑煙排放非常嚴重且生質柴油抑制效果有限。生質柴油在暫態操作模式抑制CO排放濃度效果非常顯著,減少幅度在30%到50%之間,可抑制黑煙效果有限,NO濃度排放峯值會增加約10%。

In order to investigate the benefit of using biodiesel to replace super diesel for the diesel engine of agricultural van, the present study simulates the heavy load operation mode of the agricultural van and compares the maximum load condition with different speed. Moreover, the present study also simulates the commonly used transient operation mode and compares the engine performance changing process and black smoke and exhaust emission processes under different operation mode. Under the highest torque at different speeds conditions, the results show that using biodiesel can inhibit the emission of black smoke, CO and HC, but increase the NO emission concentration. However, under low-speed heavy-load conditions, black smoke emissions are very serious and the inhibition effectiveness using biodiesel is not obvious. The effect of biodiesel in inhibiting CO emission in transient operation mode is very significantly in a reduction rate of between 30% and 50%. It can inhibit a limited effectiveness of black smoke but the peak value of NO concentration will increase by about 10%.
