摘要


為阻止全球暖化加劇,發展碳捕獲技術刻不容緩,本研究介紹傳統純氧燃煤發電的流程,包含各設備之運作原理、應用現況及未來面臨挑戰。此外亦介紹新世代純氧燃煤發電技術如無焰純氧燃煤、階段增壓純氧燃煤、差相運轉儲能技術等,其採用原有架構再整合新技術將系統碳捕獲代價或負面效應降至最低。未來碳捕獲相關政策將備受重視,傳統火力發電廠可採用新世代純氧燃煤發電技術逐步改建為已備碳捕獲電廠,待電價或碳稅使純氧燃煤發電具經濟效益時,便能以最低成本達到碳捕獲之目的。

Developing carbon capture strategies is essential to prevent global warming. In this study, detailed introduction of conventional oxy-coal power plants is presented. New generation oxy-coal systems such as MILD oxy-combustion, SPOC, ALIVE, etc. are also introduced. These technologies ensure lower energy penalty than conventional systems. Retrofitting coal power plant with new generation oxy-coal systems is suggested. As carbon capturing policies are implemented, these power plants would be profitable and have the opportunity to stop global warming.
