生質能研究趨勢分析:循環經濟觀點

The Trend Analysis of Biomass Energy Research: Perspective of Circular Economy

摘要


生質能約供應全球約10%的初級能源需求,也成為循環經濟中一項重要議題。本文蒐集生質能在國際循環經濟上之發展及研究動態,進而聚焦臺灣在此領域的發展現況。以文字探勘概念,由關鍵字共詞關係網絡了解在生質能領域之發展趨勢,並透過相關國際組織報告了解國際現況,最後討論國內現況及歐盟循環經濟計畫CICERONE在生質能的優先研究策略。首先透過Web of Science上搜尋該領域共獲得191篇期刊論文,經共詞分析發現,厭氧消化為目前循環經濟應用於生質能的主流,而臺灣也正朝向建置以厭氧消化技術應用之生質能源廠的方向前進。另外,生命週期評估也是本文議題中各層面分析的重要工具。我國有良好的生質能的研究能量,然實際應用時仍有諸多困難,而參照歐盟循環經濟計畫CICERONE知識傳播的做法,並配合我國循環經濟專法的推進,將能為該產業注入新的希望。

Biomass energy provides about 10% of the world's primary energy needs and is also an important issue in the circular economy. With the concept of data mining, this paper focuses on the development of the biomass energy in Taiwan and the development and research dynamics of the international circular economy. The trend development of biomass energy can be figured out by means of the co-word relationship network of the keywords with the knowledge of international state of art from the reports of the relevant international organizations. The current situation in Taiwan and the priority of biomass research strategy in EU Horizon 2020 CICERONE project will be discussed in the end. About 191 relevant journal papers are collected via the research on Web of Science, and anaerobic digestion is proven to be the mainstream of circular economy. Taiwan is also moving towards the establishment of anaerobic digestion technology applications of biomass energy plant. In addition, life cycle assessment is also an important tool for the analysis at all levels of the topic in this article. Taiwan has had well-built biomass energy potential, but there are still many difficulties putting it into practice. Referring to knowledge of the EU CICERONE project and the implementation of the relevant law will be able to light up the hope into the biomass energy industry.
