允許完全欠撥之模糊存貨模式最佳化的探討

摘要


在企業的經管管理中,存貨管制一直是企業界所關注的重要課題之一。良好的存貨政策能夠讓企業維持適當的存貨,並以最低的成本賺取最高的利潤。然而面臨實際的作業時,部分參數常常具有不確定性或模糊性的特質,例如全年需求量與持有成本率,兩者常會因為季節或外在經濟因素影響,而不容易維持固定、數值會產生些許變動。因此本文擬考慮在允許缺貨且完全欠撥確定型經濟訂購量存貨模式中,將全年需求量與持有成本率以三角模糊數模擬化,再以重心法及帶符號距離法對所提出的存貨模式解模糊化,並求得在模糊觀點下的最適經濟訂購量、缺貨量及全年總成本。最後比較這兩種不同解模糊化的方法與傳統允許缺貨且完全欠撥確定型經濟訂購量存貨模式之間的差異,期望以較合理且客觀的方式呈現存貨模式。

The inventory management plays an important role in running business. An excellent inventory policy can let the enterprise keeps the proper level of inventory, and makes highest profit based on the lowest cost as well. However, in reality, few parameters involve uncertainty or vagueness frequently. For example, the annual demand and the holding cost rate. These two numeric values generate little variation randomly due to the effect of season or external economical factors. Hence, under the shortage and complete backorder situation, this paper construct an economic order quantity model, the annual demand and the holding cost rate are transformed into corresponding triangular fuzzy numbers respectively, via some computational processes and defuzzification method-centroid and signed distance. The optimal economic order quantity, backorder and annual total cost in the fuzzy sense can be generated. Finally, two inventory models with different defuzzifications are compared with the common model and the differences among those models are found.
