全國技能競賽綜合機械職類選手動作技能學習歷程之研究

A Study on the Skill Movement Learning Process for Contestants in the National Skills Competition Polymechanics/Automation Category

摘要


本研究旨在探討全國技能競賽獲獎選手動作技能學習歷程,以全國技能競賽綜合機械職類為研究範圍,並針對獲獎選手的動作技能加以分析。本研究以質性研究(Qualitative research),先利用文獻進行資料收集與整理分析,且經由專家深度訪談法及三角校正法進行資料蒐集,再將選手訪談的內容彙整,逐步進行編碼,經過不斷反覆地檢視與驗證資料,而研究過程必須事先探討這職類主要相關性質,進而歸納出與本研究目的相關之資料,作為本研究之理論基礎與架構,並作為實證及推論的依據。研究對象為41屆至43屆全國技能競賽(含分區賽)機械職類曾獲獎過前五名為研究對象,選定六位曾獲獎選手為研究參與者,以探討參賽獲獎選手的動作技能學習歷程。經過資料之蒐集分析及訪談資料分析,本研究獲致以下之結論:參賽選手動作技能須透過經驗成長、變通力、統整與模仿歸納能力、挑戰心與喜好嘗試等階段所產生。

This study aimed to explore the motor skill learning process of National Skills Competition (NSC) winners. With the NSC Polymechanics/Automation category as the research scope and targeting the motor skills of the winners, an analysis was conducted. Qualitative research was adopted. First, the literature was used for data collection, compilation, and analysis. Through expert in-depth interviews and the triangulation method, data was collected. The contestants' interview contents were then compiled and encoded step by step, while data inspection and verification were repeatedly done. During the research process, the relevant nature of the category was discussed in order to summarize data related to the research purpose, use it as the theoretical basis and framework of this study, and use it as the empirical basis for inferences. The winners awarded the top five in the 41st-43rd National Skills Competition (including regional competitions) in the category of polymechanics/automation were adopted as the research participants. A total of six winners were adopted as the research participants to explore the motor skills learning process of the winners. Through data collection and analysis and interview data analysis, the following conclusions were drawn: The winners' motor skills were produced through growth from experience, flexibility, integration, imitation, and summarization capacity, challenges, and preference to try things.
