摘要

本研究之目的在於將RFID技術導入於手工具業之存貨流程管理，進行流程分析與績效評估。研究中將個案公司倉儲和生產線兩大部門之流程標準作業時間現況，與導入RFID系統後之預期時間進行分析比較，經各流程合併計算後，將可節省約64%的物品移轉時間，將人工操作電腦造成的失誤降低，達到零錯誤率，同時可透過電腦隨時掌握物品庫存數量，讓整個進出貨統計更加的準確，有效增加公司整體的效率績效。

The purpose of this research is to apply RFID technology to inventory flow management and analysis and performance evaluation for handtools company. In this research, the processing time of standard of procedure of warehouse and production department is evaluated and compare to the new one generated by introducing RFID technology to the procedures. The research results showed that there was a total 64-percent manpower off after the RFID technology was introduced in the case company; and that the RFTD system effectively reduced the error rate to zero from human's negligence, accurated the quantity of inventory and moved up the whole working performance.
