高耗能家庭電器環保節能設計之研究-以電暖器為例

摘要


由於產品市場的國際競爭激烈,一個新構想如無法快速推展,可能因而失去先機。本研究針對高耗能電器產品之環保節能設計,提出適合中小企業採用,符合環保、高效率之產品開發流程。首先進行產品調查分析,並以品質機能展開法(QFD)展開產品問題需求與解決對策分析圖;再以TRIZ創新開發原則,找出滿足環保節能與問題需求的概念設計,最後藉由概念設計進行造型與機構設計,達到高效率又環保的目標。本研究以電暖器為例,驗證本研究所提出之環保節能導向產品開發流程。

With the drastic competition all over the world, a new idea might lose its luster if it couldn't be developed rapidly. This research is based on a design for electrical products with high energy consumption to conserve energy and protect environment. We build a development process for protecting environment and increasing efficiency which is suitable for small and middle-sized enterprises. First, use QFD to analyze problems and requirements of the product and then get the analysis graphics. Second, use TRIZ to find a design meet the energy consumption and the requirement of the product. Finally, use conceptual design to develop the shape and mechanism for the goal of protecting environment and increasing efficiency. In this research, we take heater as an example to prove the usefulness of the development process we proposed.
