台灣的手工具業約有90%屬中小型企業,基於台灣人口紅利即將消失,加上大量生產的中低階產品,皆被勞動力廉價且密集的國家取代,製造代工已進入微利時代。面對國際企業間的激烈競爭,產品品質不斷地改善已經成為協助企業追求卓越的重要方法。落實有效的品質改善,已成為企業獲取競爭優勢必備的要素之一。本研究運用六標準差DMAIC 的改善步驟手法,以某公司的六角套筒起子製程進行實證研究,建構六角套筒起子的最佳化製程模式。藉由TRIZ 分析參數改變方法,找出可能影響的因子,並且結合田口方法進行實驗,找出加工過程中最佳化的製程參數組合,可提供產品品質提升與目標訂定策略時的參考依據。實驗數據顯示Cpk 從0.58提升至1.39,製程能力數值有顯著提升,驗證本研究方法的可行性。而本研究之結果不但可改善六角套筒起子外徑加工製程穩定性,也有助於品質的提升,並提供相關產業提升品質的參考。
About ninety percent of hand tool industry are small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Taiwan, based on losing demographic dividend gradually, moreover, most of low-end products are manufactured by countries with a good source of cheap labor, original equipment manufacturing (OEM) has entered the micro-profit era. Faced with acute competition of global marketing, it became an important methodology for enterprise to pursue excellence by continuous product quality improvement. The effective quality improvement has become one of the essential elements to obtain a competitive advantage. Through Six Sigma of process steps-DMAIC, this study based on the hand tool factory will build the optimized process model of hex bit socket. Obtained the effective critical factors by TRIZ, and joined the Taguchi method to find out the best characteristics factors of the experimental standard on turning process, the conclusion may be applied on the quality improvement and the policy-making plan. The result shows the C_(pk) improved from 0.58 to 1.39, which means the process capability Index is improved and the method of study is feasible. This researching result will not only improve the stable process, but also enhance the quality of hex bit socket, and provide a reference about related industries to improve product quality.
