教師知識分享策略與人力資本關係之研究

A Study of Relationship between Teachers' Knowledge Sharing Strategies and Human Capital

摘要


本研究旨在探討教師知識分享策略之運用與人力資本之現況,進一步分析不同背景教師在知識分享策略與人力資本之差異情形,以及兩變項間之關係與影響。本研究採自編「教師知識分享策略與人力資本調查問卷」爲研究工具,以桃園縣公立國民小學教師爲施測樣本,正式施測共發出958份問卷,回收有效樣本779份,有效回收率爲81.32%,經描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、相依樣本變異數分析、Scheffé多重比較、積差相關、逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析,歸納本研究之結論如下:一、目前桃園縣國小教師運用知識分享之策略有差異,以個人化策略之運用較普遍。二、目前桃園縣國小教師對人力資本的知覺情形屬中上程度。三、不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、職務、服務年資、學歷、校長本校服務年資在知識分享策略和人力資本部分層面有顯著差異。四、教師知識分享策略對人力資本有顯著正相關。五、教師知識分享策略對人力資本具有預測力。

The aim of this study is to investigate the status of both teachers' knowledge sharing strategies as well as human capital and to analyze the differences of background variables, and further, to discuss the correlation and influence between them. This study used self-designed questionnaire. The random samples are selected from public elementary school teachers who work in Taoyuan County. A total of 958 questionnaire papers been released, with the 779 papers of them received. Effective Collection Rate is 81.32%. By means of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, MANOVA, Scheffé method, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression, the conclusions of this study are as following 1. There are some differences in application of Teachers' knowledge sharing strategies. The personalization strategy is more popular than others. 2. The sensation of teachers' human capital is higher than the average. 3. The teachers' backgrounds such as ”sex”, ”age”, ”duties”, ”connubiality”, ”seniority”, ”academic background” and ”period as a principal in this school” show significant differences on some levels of knowledge sharing strategies and human capital. 4. There are significant positive correlations between Teachers' knowledge sharing strategies and human capital. Teachers' knowledge sharing strategies could predict human capital.
