韓國與臺灣對中國大陸投資策略分析

Analysis on Investment Strategy of Taiwanese and Korean in China

摘要


在中國大陸開放市場後,台韓企業紛紛進軍大陸,1990年代初期,基於地緣關係,韓國企業集中於中國大陸北方,台灣企業集中於中國大陸南方,2000年後,韓資企業向南推展,台資企業向北推展,兩軍在長江三角州正面接觸,各展所長。台灣企業在中國大陸投資的策略是以中小企業為主形成產業網,善用中小企業兼具的機動性和靈活性,韓國企業對中國大陸的投資策略是善用企業規模發揮品牌優勢。雖然策略各異,免相互競爭,但在兩岸簽署ECFA之後,台商在兩岸關係中佔有相對競爭優勢,在中國大陸之市場發展較韓商有利,韓商則在品牌與資源整合上較台商為優,台韓商應有合作互補之可能性,未來兩國廠商應探尋相互合作機會,創造雙贏。

Taiwanese and Korean companies have been investing in China since China opened its market In 1990. Although Taiwanese and Korean companies competed seriously in the Yangtze River Delta region, most of them conducted well in market share and profit making as they utilize different investment strategies. While Taiwanese investment in China focuses mainly in SMEs, taking advantage of SME's mobility and flexibility, Korea invests mainly in transnational enterprise with an investment strategy focused on enterprise scale and to enlarge its brand efficiency. Since investment strategies in China differ between Taiwanese and Korean companies, mutual cooperation could be beneficial to both, in turn, creating a win-win situation in the future market.
