宜蘭礁溪溫泉遊客之分析-以湯圍溝公園為例

An Analysis of Jiao-si Hot Springs Tourists in Yi-lan: Take Wuan-Chuan-Go Park as an Example

摘要


近年來,隨著國人對於健康與養生的日趨重視,加上政府週休二日政策的推行,使得國人休閒時間增加,從事溫泉旅遊活動的意願也相對提高。隨著雪山隧道的開通後,來礁溪的人潮逐漸變多,礁溪鄉成為台灣十大觀光小城之一。礁溪的溫泉是很少見的平地溫泉,而且溫泉水質清澈無味,內含豐富的礦物質,具有美膚的功效,而湯圍溝公園主要是提供附近居民和觀光客的公共空間。本研究針對觀光客做分析,藉由問卷調查300份了解湯圍溝公園的來客特質,並利用SWOT分析法、問卷分析法,以了解觀光客前來的原因及透過分析觀光客的背景資料以提出改善建議。本研究結果為:1、女性遊客比男性遊客來的多,推論女性較重視休閒與養生。2、因雪隧的開通、交通便利,觀光客到宜蘭的意願增加。3、來到礁溪湯圍溝的遊客,大部分認為礁溪的環境好,而不是交通與礁溪溫泉的水質占第一。4、70%的遊客認為,泡完溫泉身體會有所改善,例子:皮膚變光滑、血液循環變好。5、95%的遊客有意願會再來礁溪湯圍溝公園。本研究建議為:1、公共廁所與停車場過少。2、遊客在使用泡腳池前,沒有可以事先清洗的地方。3、可多設置垃圾桶,因為垃圾桶太少容易造成髒亂。

Health and wellness have been viewed as more and more critical over the years; coupled with the implementation of statutory two-day weekend, it resulted in an increase in leisure time and willingness to engage in hot springs tourism activities. After the opening of the Snow Tunnel to Jiao-si, the crowd gradually gathered, and Jiao-si becomes one of Taiwan's top ten tourist locations. Jiao-si hot springs is a rarely seen ground spa. On top of that, the hot springs is crystal clear and odorless. A wealth of minerals containing in the hot springs is believed to have a beautifying effect on the skin, and Wuan-Chuan-Go Park is mainly used as a public space for not only the local residents but also tourists. The main focus of this study is to understand the characteristics of the tourists by using SWOT and a questionnaire analysis. Through analyzing a variety of tourists' backgrounds, the researcher was able to make recommendations for improvement. The results of this study are: (1) Over half of the population was made up of female tourists, which implies that women emphasize more on leisure and health than men. (2) Due to the opening of the Snow Tunnel and the convenient transportations, tourists are more inclined to visit Yi-lan. (3) The majority of the tourists that have visited Wuan-Chuan-Go Park in Jiao-si considered the quality of the environment more than transportations or hot springs. (4) 70% of the visitors believed that hot springs could improve one's body conditions, for instance, smoother skin and better blood circulation. (5) 95% of the visitors were willing to visit Jiao-si Wuan-Chuan-Go Park again. The study also recommends: (1) Establish more public restrooms and parking lots. (2) Design an area for visitors to clean their feet before using the hot springs pool. (3) Bring in more trash bins to the public areas to reduce the chances of littering.
