工作滿意中介組織管理策略與利社會行為關係之研究

The Study of the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Relationships between Internal Communications, Professional Development, Empowerment and Prosocial Service Behaviors

摘要


本研究主要探討第一線公務員的內部溝通、專業發展、賦權和利社會行為關係,是否透過工作滿意認知中介。當前有關第一線公務員內部溝通、專業發展、賦權和利社會行為關係之研究,並不多見,值得探究。本文以第一線和民眾直接接觸的公務員為研究對象,所及範圍包含鄉鎮市、區有直接接觸民眾業務者,問卷施測共獲取有效問卷346份。利用結構化方程模式驗證所設立的假設。研究結果證實:第一線公務員的內部溝通、專業發展、賦權,正向影響工作滿意;工作滿意正向影響利社會行為;工作滿意部分中介內部溝通、專業發展、賦權和利社會行為間的關係。

This study investigated the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationships between internal communications, professional development, empowerment and prosocial service behaviors. There was almost no research exploring job satisfaction's mediating effect on first line civil servants' work attitude in Taiwan. This paper collected 346 valid samples from first line civil servants in Taiwan and used structural equation model to test the hypothesis established. The results confirmed that: internal communications, professional development, empowerment positively influenced job satisfaction. Job satisfaction positively influenced prosocial service behaviors. Job satisfaction partially mediated the relationships between internal communications, professional development, empowerment and prosocial service behaviors.
