This study investigated the mediating effect of organization self-esteem on the relationships between leader-member exchange relationship, organization support and organization deviance behavior. There was almost no research exploring self-esteem's mediating effect on prosecutor investigators' work attitude in Taiwan. This paper collected 285 valid samples from Procecutors Office in Taiwan and used structural equation model to test the hypothesis established. The results confirmed that: organization support and leader-member exchange relationship positively influenced organization self-esteem. Organization self-esteem negatively influenced organization deviance behavior. Organization self-esteem partially mediated the relationship between leader-member exchange relationship, organization support and organization deviance behavior.
