大學體育課程的創新教學-以科技大學為例

摘要


運動與健康的關聯性一直以來都是重要的研究與實務議題,大多數研究指出,運動有益於身心健康,透過適當的身體活動能有效維持體適能,是多數人的信念。在求學階段,政府以國民健康為福祉,推動體育課程的學習規劃,希望透過持續的運動提升國民的健康。本研究使用創新的課程設計,試圖增加課程價值,於體育課程中加入數堂具特色的跑步講座,額外提供學生學習的機會,探討學生態度以及計畫的成效。研究採用自編問卷,針對講堂環境、講堂內容、講堂講者、以及講堂效益等四個構面22個題項進行調查,對象為參與講堂的某科技大學學生,共計收集到569份有效問卷。運用IPA分析法(Importance-Performance Analysis),針對講座前後的差異進行分析,研究結果顯示,無立即需要改善的項目,並透過4個象限所呈現的分佈圖,了解學生的重視項目及滿意項目,希望以統計方法探討計畫效益,也同時可作為未來體育課程設計的規劃參考。

The connection between exercise and health was an important research issue. Most studies indicated that exercise was good for health and people believed that appropriate physical activity can maintain physical fitness effectively. Therefore, the government planned physical education courses in the education stage for helping national health continuously. This study discussed the students' attitudes and the effectiveness of using innovative teaching by providing more learning opportunities for students to increase the value of curriculum. A questionnaire with 22 items was designed in four constructs, including the lecture's environment, content, lecturer, and performance. A total of 569 valid questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed by using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method to examine the differences on pre- and post- the lecture. Analytical results demonstrate that there was no significant need for improvement on the innovative lectures. Finally, the results figured out the satisfaction, teaching effectiveness, and provided recommendations for the planning of future physical education courses.
