本研究旨在探討臺南市國民小學的田徑代表隊臺南市國民小學的田徑代表隊的背景結構及社會支持之現況,並分析不同背景變項與社會支持之差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以臺南市國民小學的田徑代表隊學生為研究對象,透過自編的「臺南市國民小學田徑代表隊社會支持量表」為研究工具進行調查。總計共發放276份問卷,回收有效問卷250份,回收有效問卷率達91%。將所得資料以描述性統計、霍特林t檢定、單因子多變量變異數分析、雪費法事後比較等統計方法進行分析,得到以下的研究結果:一、臺南市國民小學的田徑代表隊以男生人數居多、五和六年級佔較高比例、加入團隊1年(含)以上~未滿2年為多數、每週訓練3個小時(含)以下所佔比例最高、校際比賽最佳成績以第一名和無名次之學生居多、班上學業成績以班上前1/2人數較多;二、臺南市國民小學的田徑代表隊在社會支持之現況以「家人支持」得分最高,其次依序為「導師支持」、「同儕支持」、「社區支持」;三、臺南市國民小學的田徑代表隊不同「年級」在「社區支持」達顯著差異。本研究也提出以下建議供參考:1.團隊發展上,可以增加女生參與比例,並維持學生對團隊高度熱忱;2.田徑隊教師應提高家人與導師的支持,並加強自身對外溝通的知能;3.校內行政人員應暢通對外的溝通管道,減少校內教師業務及課堂。
The purpose of this study was to explore the background and the current situation of social support of the track and field team of Tainan's elementary school, and to analyze the differences between the social support and different backgrounds. This study used a questionnaire survey method, taking students in the track and field team of Tainan's elementary school as the research object, using the self-made " Tainan's Elementary School Track and Field Team Student Social Support Scale" as a research tool to conduct surveys. A total of 276 questionnaires were distributed, and 250 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective questionnaire rate was 91%. The obtained data was analyzed by statistical methods such as Descriptive statistics, Hotelling's t test, one-way MANOVA, and scheffe's method. The research result was as following: 1. Boy, fifth and sixth graders, joining the team for 1 year (inclusive) ~ less than 2 years, less 3 hours (inclusive) in training per week were the majority of participants of the track and field team in Tainan's elementary schools. In terms of the best results in interschool competitions, the students who win the first and consolation prizes were the majority. Moreover, the participants whose grade ranked in the top 50 percent of their classes were the plurality. 2. Social support of the track and field team of Tainan's elementary school in the current situation was that "family support" was the highest, followed by "mentor support", "classmate support", and "community support". 3. There were significant differences in "community support" for different "grades" of the track and field team of Tainan's elementary school. And the following recommendations are made for reference: 1. In the team development, can increasing the participation proportion of girls and maintaining students' high enthusiasm for the team. 2. The track and field team teacher should improve the support of family and mentors, and strengthen the knowledge of external communication. 3. The school administrators should unblock external communication channels and reduce the teacher's workload in the school.
