台灣休閒潛水運動環境屬性重要性之研究

摘要

本研究主要目的欲瞭解不同類型的潛水活動於各潛水地區的分布情形，並探討休閒潛水者對各潛水地區環境屬性之滿意度，並分析臺灣地區休閒潛水環境屬性重要度與滿意度之平均數提出整體性綜合分析。研究方法採調查各潛水地區不同潛水活動類型之分布情形，與休閒潛水者於不同之潛水地區之滿意度，以及不同潛水活動類型對環境屬性之滿意度及重視度，並以重要－表現程度分析法(Important-Performance Analysis, I.P.A.)探討各潛水地區之環境屬性滿意度與重視度於不同象限所表現的意義。結果發現：不同類型的潛水活動於不同潛水地區上有顯著差異。當潛水地區不同時，休閒潛水者實質環境、社會環境、經營管理環境、活動設施環境上之滿意度有顯著差異；臺灣地區各研究基地內的潛水業者在經營管理方面普遍受到潛友的認同的，以及離島地區兩地（澎湖、綠島）之實質環境屬性的確比本島為佳。

The purpose of this study aims to investigate the distribution of the different types of recreational diving activities, its setting attributes, and diving participants' satisfaction in Taiwan. 979 usable surveys were collected in four diving spots in Taiwan. In particular, the important-performance analysis (IPA) was applied to reveal the relative importance of each diving spots in terms of its setting attributes and participants' satisfaction. Findings showed that (1) there were significant differences among diverse diving activities in different spots; (2) In different diving spot, there were significant differences of satisfaction in four setting attributes as physical setting, social setting, activity setting, and managerial setting.
