The energy consumption in basketball is known as a short period of anaerobic system. The purpose of study is to understand how to respond to the characteristics of the system to efficiently enhance strength and conditioning of the Chinese Taipei Women’s National Basketball Team players by applying scientific theories and methods of exercise training for excellent performance in the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) Cups. The methods of strength and conditioning training were following: 1. Body stretch, warm-up, and cold-down; 2. Strength training; 3. Power training; 4. Velocity and agility training; 5. Endurance training.
