中華女籃肌力與體能訓練實務

Strength and Conditioning Training in Chinese Taipei Women's National Basketball Team

摘要


籃球運動的能量消耗大多為短時間的無氧系統為主,如何因應此種特性,運用運動訓練科學的理論與方法,有效率的增強中華女籃肌力與體能,達成組訓目標,在國際賽事上獲得優異的成績,將是本研究主要探討的目標。中華女籃肌力與體能訓練內容主要分為5大項:1.伸展、熱身、收操;2.肌力訓練;3.爆發力訓練;4.速度與敏捷訓練;5.耐力訓練。

The energy consumption in basketball is known as a short period of anaerobic system. The purpose of study is to understand how to respond to the characteristics of the system to efficiently enhance strength and conditioning of the Chinese Taipei Women’s National Basketball Team players by applying scientific theories and methods of exercise training for excellent performance in the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) Cups. The methods of strength and conditioning training were following: 1. Body stretch, warm-up, and cold-down; 2. Strength training; 3. Power training; 4. Velocity and agility training; 5. Endurance training.
