不同鬆緊壓力下護膝對人體舒適度影響之研究

摘要

本研究是以一般市售之防護型髕骨包覆式護膝對成年男性進行穿戴時之鬆緊壓力舒適度測試，藉由心率變異分析儀檢測受測者穿戴護膝後人體在不同鬆緊壓力下的交感活性數值與副交感活性數值並計算出其舒適度差異。經立意取樣選取20名半年內膝關節未曾受傷過之成年男性，受測者依照大腿腿圍大小穿戴不同鬆緊壓力大小之護膝（分別為XXL、XL、L及M），以坐式的方式進行心率變異分析儀之檢測與分析，其獲得以下結果：一、原護膝所建議之護膝尺寸所合適的大腿腿圍範圍中，較大之腿圍（44.0-52.0cm）均可以穿下L尺寸（原建議穿戴之大腿腿圍範圍為40.0-44.0cm）；；二、最適合穿戴M尺寸之大腿腿圍為36.0 cm，其舒適度為28.3%；三、最適合穿戴L尺寸之大腿腿圍為37.0 cm，其舒適度為69.7.0%；四、最適合穿戴XL尺寸之大腿腿圍為42.0 cm，其舒適度為85%；五、最適合穿戴XXL尺寸之大腿腿圍為42.0 cm，其舒適度為98%。

The elastic pressures of human comfort being test is proceeded in the closed patellar knee support by the adult male in this study. Measure the active values of sympathetic nerve and the active value of parasympathetic nerve by applying heartrate variability analyzer in the different elastic pressure. Then, compare the comfort being by comparing the values of the two neural activity and calculate the comfort differences. Select the knee within six months had not been hurt of the adult male. The subjects worn the different elastic pressure of sizes (respectively, XXL, XL, L and M), that according to Leg circumference by thigh. Sitting way to detection and analysis of heart rate variability analyzer. The access to the following results: First, the larger Leg circumference (44.0-52.0 cm) can be worn the L size (the original proposal of Leg circumference worn range for 40.0-44.0 cm) ; two, the most suitable for worn M size of Leg circumference is 36.0 cm, its comfort is 28.3%; three, the most suitable for worn L size of Leg circumference is 37.0 cm, its comfort is 69.7.0%; four, the most suitable for worn XL size of Leg circumference is 42.0 cm, comfort is 85%; five, the most suitable size of Leg circumference worn XXL is 42.0 cm, the comfort is 98%.
