十二週體育課程介入對健康體適能之研究

The Difference of Health-related Physical Fitness Influenced by Taking Physical Education Class for Twelve Weeks

摘要


目的:本研究目的是探討十二週體育課程介入對健康體適能差異研究。方法:以大學二年級學生共計985名為參加對象,平均年齡20.5±1.29歲、身高166.12±8.67公分、體重61.36±13.05公斤,所有參與者課程介入前需接受體適能前測。測驗項目分別坐姿體前彎(柔軟度)、立定跳遠(爆發力)、仰臥起坐60秒(肌耐力)、800或1600公尺跑走(心肺耐力)與BMI(身體質量指數)五個項目。課程維期十二週,每週一次,一次2小時,後測於課程結束後一周實施。資料分析以成對樣本t檢定進行統計分析,顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果:經十二週的體育課程介入後,坐姿體前彎、仰臥起坐60秒成績與BMI皆未達顯著差異,在立定跳遠與心肺適能成績其前、後測成績皆達顯著差異(p<.05),其後測成績顯著優於前測成績。結論:每週一次2小時體育課程介入,對學生立定跳遠與心肺適能兩個體適能項目上具有顯著的幫助,然而仍需有更多時間的參與運動及養成規律運動習慣,方能有更佳的提升效果,建議學生能多善用時間,保持運動並參加體育活動,藉以強化健康體適能,進而提升生活品質。

The purpose of this research is mainly discussing the difference of health-related physical fitness influenced by taking physical education class for twelve weeks. Method: 985 sophomores who were tested in this research (Average age is 20.5±1.29 years old, height is 166.12±8.67 cm, weight is 61.36±13.05 kg) needed to accept the test of physical fitness before starting training. The content of the test included five parts; sit-and-reach (flexibility), standing long jump (explosive strength), 30 seconds sit-ups (strength), 60 seconds sit-ups (endurance), 800 or 1600 meter run (cardiovascular endurance) and body max index (BMI). Also join the twelve-week physical training program, every class will take two hours class once a week. Sophomores will be tested again after they finish the training program for a week. This research used paired-samples T test to do statistical analysis, set up significant level for α=.05. Results: After the twelve-week physical training program, sit-and-reach, 60 seconds sit-ups, and BMI did not reach the significant level, but results of standing long jump and cardiovascular endurance did reach the significant level (p<.05) in both before and after test, however, the results of after test are much better than before test. Conclusion: Taking two hours class once a week apparently can improve the results of standing long jump and cardiovascular endurance. What's more, they still need to spend more time on doing exercise or having regular habits in order to have better improvement outcome. It is also recommended that students keep doing exercise and participate in sports activities to strengthen physical fitness and improve the quality of life.
