臺北馬拉松現況之探討

摘要

本研究主要目的在於以文獻回顧和內容分析，針對臺北馬拉松現況與效益進行探討，並以世界六大馬拉松和臺北馬拉松進行討論比較。研究結果顯示，我國路跑現況在場次上增加了，可在參與人口上仍保持40-50萬人之間。臺北馬拉松在效益上可分成直接和間接兩個面向，直接效益包括實質效益、剩餘效益、觀光產值三種；間接效益則表現在城市特色展現、公益、基礎建設上。而臺北馬拉松相對於世界六大馬拉松，其規模較小，歷史也僅早於東京馬拉松，在賽制上也並非單一馬拉松。本研究也建議未來在舉辦路跑賽會上，可以加入行銷手法，發展出各自不同的特色；在臺北馬拉松的舉辦上，建議（1）將金銀銅標標準納入短中長期目標規劃（2）加入臺灣的節慶活動（3）交通管制上全線道路封閉（4）外國選手運動觀光行程安排（5）朝向真正的純馬拉松發展。對於後續研究之建議，可以根據臺灣不同馬拉松賽會進行研究；而萬金石馬拉松是臺灣唯一獲得國際田徑總會（IAAF）「銀標籤（SILVER）」認證之馬拉松賽事，往後之研究者亦能針對此賽會進行探討，以提供其他馬拉松賽會在認證申請上作為參考依據。

The main purpose of this study is to discuss the current situation and benefits of the Taipei Marathon, in comparison with world’s six marathons by literature review and content analysis. The results shows that road running session in Taiwan has increased while the number of participating populations are still between 400,000 and 500,000. The Taipei Marathon can be divided into direct and indirect aspects. Direct effects include substantial benefits, residual benefits, and tourism output values, and the indirect effects are reflected in urban characteristics, public welfare, and infrastructure construction. The scale of Taipei Marathon is smaller than the world's six marathons, and it's history is only earlier than Tokyo Marathon. It is not a true pure marathon at the tournament. The study suggests that marketing techniques are able to applied and develop different specialties. For holding the Taipei Marathon, it is recommended (1) Include the gold, silver and bronze standards in the short, medium and long-term goal planning (2) Combining road running with Taiwanese festival activities (3) Traffic control on the entire road closed(4) Foreign players sports tourism arrangements (5) Through pure running half marathon series development. For the follow-up study, the research can be conducted according to different marathons in Taiwan. The Wanjinshi Marathon is the only marathon in Taiwan that has been certified by the International Association of Track and Fields (IAAF) ＂SILVER＂. Later researchers can focus on this competition to provide other marathons as a reference for certification applications.
