台灣旅館業研究議題與研究方法之演變

Trend Analysis of Research Issues and Research Methods in Taiwan Hotel Industry

摘要

近年來隨著國人對休閒觀念之提升以及政府觀光政策的推動下，台灣旅館業市場快速成長，亦帶動了學術界對旅館業研究熱潮。本研究回顧1998年至2018年這二十年間曾發表於期刊關於台灣旅館業之文獻，藉此了解（1）較常運用至此領域之研究方法與（2）此領域較熱門之研究議題類別。研究結果顯示較常使用之研究方法為多元迴歸、相關分析及結構方程模式，而探討台灣旅館業之相關議題則以消費者的忠誠度與滿意度和生產者的服務品質為較多人研究之方向。透過本研究分析結果可理解過去二十年間台灣旅館業研究趨勢，供學者與研究人員未來從事旅館業相關研究之參照。

With the improvement of the concept about leisure and the government's tourism policy, the hotel industry market is growing rapidly in Taiwan. It makes Taiwan hotel industry become an increasingly important issue in academic research. This study reviews the literatures about Taiwan hotel industry which is published in the journals during the two decades from 1998 to 2018, to understand (1) the more commonly used research methods in this field and (2) the more popular research issues in this field. The research results show that the more commonly used research methods are multiple regression, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling. And the popular issues about Taiwan hotel industry are consumers, loyalty and satisfaction and producers' service quality. Therefore, through this study, we can understand the research trend of Taiwan hotel industry in the past two decades, and that provide reference for researchers to do research related to hotel industry in the future.
